Our focus regardless of which format of training you identify with is to develop a community of likeminded people committed to living life to its fullest. We do this by scheduling regular activities outside of the gym like camping, hiking, kayaking, and yes even partying to foster a strong bond with all members of our community! “We do things different!”

      I have been working out at Rush Club HPC for just over a year now. I started shortly after the birth of my son and after some intense rehab for a spinal cord injury. I was in terrible shape! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable about how to do the exercises without injuring yourself. I was able to participate in the class setting without feeling remedial. This is a place for EVERY ability level, all you have to do is keep showing up!
