Life’s a Rush adventure club

Our focus regardless of which format of training you identify with is to develop a community of likeminded people committed to living life to its fullest. We do this by scheduling regular activities outside of the gym like camping, hiking, kayaking, and yes even partying to foster a strong bond with all members of our community! “We do things different!”

      The family at Rush Club Human Performance Center has helped me find my love for fitness again. After nearly 3 years post being a collegiate athlete I was struggling finding my groove/passion again. Finding RCHPC has inspired me again. The training is great, the coaches are great, the people are great but the family by box attitude makes it even better. Every single person I train with inspires me to my core and keeps me walking through those doors every single day! Trust me, just try it!
