Life’s a Rush adventure club

Our focus regardless of which format of training you identify with is to develop a community of likeminded people committed to living life to its fullest. We do this by scheduling regular activities outside of the gym like camping, hiking, kayaking, and yes even partying to foster a strong bond with all members of our community! “We do things different!”

      For three years, the coaches and members here have been so supportive and encouraging. I'm excited to go in every time and I know that my best interest will always be kept in mind since coaches take the time to get to know me and my specific needs. I love being able to track my progress and it's a celebration any time someone does better than their previous best. The owners and coaches truly treat everyone like family!
