You may also be a fit person who realizes there is more to training then the boring gym routine or you realize that someones Theories (indirectly taking a shot at Orange Theory) of training wasn’t correct!!
Life’s a Rush adventure club
Our focus regardless of which format of training you identify with is to develop a community of likeminded people committed to living life to its fullest. We do this by scheduling regular activities outside of the gym like camping, hiking, kayaking, and yes even partying to foster a strong bond with all members of our community! “We do things different!”
