Life’s a Rush adventure club

Our focus regardless of which format of training you identify with is to develop a community of likeminded people committed to living life to its fullest. We do this by scheduling regular activities outside of the gym like camping, hiking, kayaking, and yes even partying to foster a strong bond with all members of our community! “We do things different!”

The intention for this workout is to keep it fairly simple with high cardo. Rest as needed but keep those as short as possible! Tomorrow we dine in hell!!!!!!!!

Base: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

AMRAP 15 min and 1 rep each round record total rounds. Only run 1 lap per round

1 Lap around the bldg.

1 KB DL 53/35

1 Push Up

1 Wall Balls 14/10

1 No push up Burpee
