The instant you walk through our doors of our Rush Club HPC gym (we call it a box) you will see we are different. No mirrors. No treadmills. No headphones. And definitely no muscle heads asking you how much you bench. We strip away all of the distractions and we focus on the basics: A great coach, Rush Club HPC workouts that keep getting results, and an unbelievable community to support you through your journey. Life’s a Rush adventure club

Our focus regardless of which format of training you identify with is to develop a community of likeminded people committed to living life to its fullest. We do this by scheduling regular activities outside of the gym like camping, hiking, kayaking, and yes even partying to foster a strong bond with all members of our community! “We do things different!”

      This place is for every body! Big, small, young, old, fit or wanting to become fit. We are more than members and staff - we are family. If you are looking for a community of caring, motivated, inspiring coaches and athletes - yes we are ALL athletes - Rush Club HPC is where you belong. Im a single mom with a full time job and I NEVER thought I would be able to wake up at 430am to get to a workout until I walked through these doors! Stop in...come see for yourself!
